Refund policy

Please contact hello(at)musicescapades.com within 7 days of delivery

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery and in their original condition and packaging. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for

  • custom orders or personalized products (as these are made-to-order according to your specifications)
  • digital download products
  • sale items
  • shipping cost

If an item has arrived damaged or defective, please advise us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s), including photographs of the problem so that we can discuss options with you. Once we have assessed the problem and verified your claim, we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with law. Please allow up to 7 business days for your claim to be processed and/or for another product to be dispatched and delivered to you.

Duties and Taxes (Canada)
Taxes are applied at check-out according to the province of the shipping address.

International Shipments (all shipments outside of US and Canada)
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Please note that we do not have any control over these charges and are unable to estimate their cost, as they vary by location. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please ensure you are aware of any potential fees before completing your purchase.

Refusal of Delivery & Customs Fees
If an order is refused upon delivery due to unpaid duties or customs fees, it will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, we are not able to reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
